Companies joining the network go through a verification process before they can bid on or be assigned freight, and every completed job feeds a trust score that travels with the driver or carrier.
Authentication is session-based with device tracking, and sensitive actions like OTP login are rate-limited to protect against credential abuse.
API and authentication endpoints enforce per-endpoint rate budgets, and blocked attempts are logged so abuse is investigable rather than invisible.
Payments and billing are processed through Stripe; Gumly Route does not store raw card details.
Shipment documents — CMR waybills, customs declarations, insurance, proof of delivery — are stored per shipment and scoped to the parties on that shipment.
